Every cap is enforced at the gateway. At the daily spend cap, work keeps flowing on the low cost tier instead of stopping. Bars change color past 50, 80, and 95 percent of a cap.

- Prepaid credits
Once your free requests are used, usage at $2 in / $8 out per 1M tokens draws down credit you bought. There is no card on file and nothing is charged beyond what you bought.

Payment is handled by Stripe. Credit is added when Stripe confirms the payment, usually within a minute. If your balance reaches zero after your free requests, requests are declined until you add credit.
